Educational Fundraising for SOAS Tamil Studies @ London Tamil Centre
We join the worldwide concerted Tamil community movement to support efforts of TamilStudiesUK
Who are WE?
Since 1989, London Tamil Centre (LTC) has provided sound education in Tami language, and instruction in music, Veena, Violin, Miruthangam, Keyboard, Flute, dance, drama and speech. LTC has presented 100s of students for GCSE OL and AL conducted by the Cambridge board. We have also presented fine arts students for examinations conducted by Imperial Society of Teachers in Dancing (ISTD), Academy of Fine Arts (London) and ABRSM (for Keyboard). Our Senior Teachers represent London Tamil Centre as Examiners for the Imperial Society of Teachers in Dancing board (ISTD). London Tamil Centre is playing our part for you to make the difference, show you care by giving and leaving an everlasting legacy.
Participate with the rest of the Tamil community to reinstate Tamil Studies at the School of Oriental and African studies (SOAS), University of London. This will facilitate the international Tamil community to work toward a benchmark accessible to all.
Why we need to fund?
As an international community, let us play our part by breathing life into future and by reinstating our language studies which is one of the oldest living classical languages in the world.
Where will the money go?
All donations will go to TamilStudiesUK's SOAS Tamil Studies Campaign. To know more, please visit https://soas.hubbub.net/p/TamilStudies/
